Léon Bérelle one of the founders, CEO and CTO of UNIT IMAGE had the privilege of once again taking part in the RADI RAF in Angoulême, a leading Tech event in the animation industry. It was not only an opportunity to share our experience in securing TPN with the help of the CNC, but also a call for collaboration between animation studios on technology choices and IT projects.

Collaboration between Animation Studios

At 12:30 in this video, we put out a call for technical collaboration between studios. Rather than each of us doing the same thing in our own studios, it would be more efficient for everyone to share our time-consuming feedback and expertise. We believe that the synergy of technologies can lead to more effective advances.

Using BERNARD software in production

As part of this sharing of experience, we took the opportunity to talk about our ongoing integration with BERNARD software, in the presence of Guillaume Ruegg. BERNARD is a production tracking tool that can be used on its own or in synergy with other production trackers such as Shotgrid or Kitsu, to visualise complex schedules and workflows in simple nodal form.
