CANAL KITCHEN

Canal Kitchen is a French TV spot in which you enter the busy kitchen of a gastronomic restaurant, where chefs peel police cars, chop cartoon characters, and spice up the dishes with Hollywood explosions. The spot was directed by Antoine Bardou-Jacquet with BETC, produced by Partizan and Royal Post, and the VFX part was directed by UNIT IMAGE: creating and integrating all the 3D/2D characters. The main challenge was to reach a very high level of quality for all the effects, that required a drastically different treatments (full 3D, 2D, crowd…).
